Increasingly, Black History resources such as museums have developed very good online resources. This means that people unable to book their visit to take place during Black History Month may still access Museum sources during that period by using computers and the Internet.

National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel

Mulberry Street, Memphis, Tennessee. Arranged around momentous events of the shooting of Dr Martin Luther King in this building on April 4th 1968, but also comprehensively documenting the development of the civil rights movement in the US. Resources provided online include very good teacher handouts.
